The Sims Book Tag

Hello bookworms!
I hope you all are enjoying the wonderful fall season. I know I am! It’s been a while since I did a tag and it felt fitting to do one themed around the current season. I wasn’t tagged specifically to do this but I’m going to be doing the Fall Book Tag. Grab your choice of tea, coffee or cocoa and let’s jump into this tag!

The creator of this tag is Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm

Crisp Fall Air: A book that felt fresh and new
Everless by Sara Holland – When I read this book, it felt so new and like nothing I had ever read. I absolutely loved it!

Everless1

Howling Winds: An ending that blew you away
Scythe by Neal Shusterman – What a crazy, unpredictable ending! Thankfully, I read this when Thunderhead, the sequel, was already out so I was able to jump right into the next installment. The Arc of a Scythe series is my favorite of all time and I highly recommend it if you haven’t read it yet.

Scythe1

Comfy Sweaters: A book that gave you the warm and fuzzy’s
Starry Eyes by Jenn Bennett – This was a very cute contemporary that involved some camping and some romance and it gave me all the fuzzy feels!

Starry Eyes1

Bright Colors: A cover with red, orange or yellow
Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff – I’m really looking forward to finishing up this series this month because the first book was so great. The story is told in files, emails and pictures and the authors did a great job at doing that and still making the characters and story amazing.

Illuminae1

Leaf Fight: A book with non-stop action
Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo – I finally read the Six of Crows duology earlier this year and it was amazing! I was never bored while I was reading and all the characters and the story line just make you fall in love with Bardugo’s writing and this world she has created.

Crooked Kingdom1

Pumpkin Spice: Your most anticipated read
Evermore by Sara Holland – I mentioned the first book, Everless, up above and this sequel comes out on December 31st. I can’t wait to read it and I’m so impressed that Sara was able to publish two books that are within the same series, in the same year. That’s crazy!
