It’s that time! Time for me to tell you all of my favorite movies, TV shows, books, music and video games for the month of July. I only watched one new movie but I had quite a few re-watches since my sister-in-law came and stayed with me for a week and we watched a bunch of movies. I watched a couple of new TV shows and I read a couple of great books so let’s just get into it!
Artist: Twenty One Pilots
Songs: Jumpsuit and Nico And The Niners
So I’m a HUGE twenty one pilots fan and they released two new songs in July. Both songs are amazing, of course, so go give them a listen!
Stuck In Love
A Quiet Place
The Cabin In the Woods
All of these movies were re-watches except for A Quiet Place. My husband saw the movie in theaters two times, so he told me to go buy it and we got to watch it together. He’s still in the UK so we had to Face Time to watch it together, but ANYWAY, it was SO good! It gave me vibes from the movie Signs and I’m ready to watch it again.
While my sister-in-law was visiting, we watched Atypical and this was my third time watching it. She really enjoyed it as well, which I’m so happy to hear. I had seen season 1 of Riverdale before but I re-watched so I could continue with season 2. I’m not the hugest Riverdale fan. Honestly the only character I like it Jughead and he’s the only reason I will continue watching the show. Season 2 was just so confusing and I had no idea what was going on half the time. The Black Hood gave me total vibes of ‘A’ from Pretty Little Liars and I didn’t like the idea of that. Life Sentence was recently added to Netflix and I decided to watch it because I’m a Lucy Hale fan. I think the show was pretty good but I can see why it was cancelled. It felt like every episode was a repeat of the previous one and we weren’t going anywhere with the story.
I didn’t have any 5-star reads for the month of July but all of these were worthy of a 4-star. I have reviews for all of them, so be sure to check them out, if you are interested.
No new video games.
What were some of your favorites in July? Have you seen or read any on my list? Thanks for reading, cya!
