Wrap-Up: February 2018

Hello bookworms!
Last week, I would have said that I could only finish 6 books this month, but no! I finished 10! So that means I completed my goal of 10 books this month as well!!! I didn’t read as many great books this month, but I did read a couple that I loved a lot! I have spoiler-free book reviews for all of them, so feel free to check those out.

1. Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White
Rating: 4/5 | Review

2. The Cruel Prince by Holly Black
Rating: 5/5 | Review

3. Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng
Rating: 3/5 | Review

4. Everless by Sara Holland
Rating: 5/5 | Review

5. Vengeance Road by Erin Bowman
Rating: 3/5 | Review

6. Retribution Rails by Erin Bowman
Rating: 3/5 | Review

7. Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell
Rating: 3/5 | Review

8. The Serpent King by Jeff Zentner
Rating: 2/5 | Review

9. Wink Poppy Midnight by April Genevieve Tucholke
Rating: 1/5 | Review

10. Girls Like Me by Lola St. Vil
Rating: 2/5 | Review

My average rating this month was 3.1, which is lower than normal for me. I loved The Cruel Prince and it definitely lives up to the hype. Everless is one of my favorite books of the year! Such a great story and so unique. I had never read anything like it. Vengeance Road and Retribution Rails were cover buys for me and unfortunately, I just thought they were mediocre. Maybe I’m just not a western fan. I had high expectations for Eleanor & Park and it let me down, big time.

I can’t wait for next month because I have high expectations for a lot of the books on my TBR (March TBR to come soon). How was your reading month for February? Any new favorites? Thanks for reading, cya!
