Tag: Weather In Books Tag

Hello readers!
I have been on a roll with these tags and loving it! I feel so accomplished that I am finally doing them and checking them off my list. 2018 is going great for me and I hope it is for you too. Today I will be doing the Weather In Books Tag. Today I am also on my way to Hawaii for two weeks and I may be from Florida and I’m not experiencing the cold snow like everyone else, but us Floridians did have one of the coldest winters in a loooong time. So I thought the big change in weather would be a good time to do this tag. So let’s get started!

IMG_4835Sunshine (a book that made you smile): The Songs In Our Hearts by Chantal Gadoury
This book was so cute! Full of romance and songs and I just loved it!

IMG_5384Rain (a book you couldn’t put down): Heartless by Marissa Meyer
As soon as I started, I couldn’t stop. I started reading it in 2017 while I was in Hawaii and I couldn’t read it on the plane because I get motion sickness and that’s all I wanted to do on the way home. So I finished it as soon as I got home!

0AB652FE-F9D0-4A03-909B-7A725539FDB5Wind (a book that blew you away): Ready Player One by Ernest Cline
This book was more amazing than I ever imagined. As soon as I finished it, I wanted to read it again. Seriously, go read this book if you haven’t.

E04F6B3D-4123-4035-A0A1-C0D2E4C69F59Hurricane (a tragic book): Second Chance Summer by Morgan Matson
This was the first book that I actually straight up cried over. It was so heartbreaking and even though I did not relate to the main character, I could feel all of the emotions she was feeling. That’s how you know it’s a good book.

IMG_4463Blizzard (a book you had high expectations for): Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver
This book is all the rage but I wasn’t impressed. It was long and repetitive and I just did not enjoy it.

IMG_4876Tornado (a book you didn’t like at first but loved in the end): A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
While I was reading this one, I kept thinking “Why is this book so hyped?” The first half was so boring and kind of drawn out but after the first half it picks up and totally made up for the beginning.

This tag was really fun! I hope you all have enjoyed reading it. Anyone that would like to participate is more than welcome. You’re tagged! I hope you all have a great day. Cya!

  1. I completely agree with you about ACOTAR. I was worried I wasn’t going to enjoy it as much as everyone said I would because I found the first half so slow, but then I fell in love with it! I’ve had Ready Player One on my TBR pile for months so I’m going to have to finally read it this year!

    1. Ready Player One is my absolute favorite read this year and I have a feeling it will definitely be at my top favorite for a long time. The world is so amazing and I was just so invested in the story. I hope you enjoy it 🙂
