Tag: The End of the Year Book Tag

Hello bookworms!

It’s the end of the year which is perfect to do The End of the Year Book Tag! This looked really fun and I’m excited to do it. Again, I was not tagged to do this tag but I’m doing it anyway and I’m not sure who the original creator is, so if you do, then please let me know so I can give them credit!

Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?
I only read one book at a time, so really the only book that I need to finish is what I’m currently reading, which is Blood of Wonderland by Colleen Oakes.

Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?
Technically it’s still autumn until December 21st, but no I do not have a book that transitions into the end of the year. I just kind of read whatever I feel like reading.

Is there a new release that you’re still waiting for?
I’m still waiting for The Fever Code by James Dashner in paperback to be released. I think it comes out sometime after Christmas. I have the entire Maze Runner series in paperback so I have been patiently waiting to complete my collection.

What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?
I want to finish the Queen of Hearts series by Colleen Oakes, so I still need to read War of the Cards. I also want to read Call of the Wild by Jack London and the 6th, and final, issue in the Skin & Earth comic series by Lights.

Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favorite book of the year?
I don’t think so. I only have about a week left of the year and I don’t think any of the books I have planned to read still are going to blow me away that much.

Have you already started making reading plans for 2018?
Kinda. I know which series I want to try and get to but I haven’t really decided when I will read them. I also have no idea what to set my Goodreads goal to because I’m planning on traveling a bit more this year.

Tell me what you have planned, as far as reading goals, before we get to the end of the year? Thanks so much for reading and if you’re interested in doing this tag, then go for it. Cya!!
