Hello everybody! It’s December and it’s time for a new tag. Stranger Things is my all time favorite show! The 80s has always been my favorite era, so I love literally everything about this show. If you haven’t watched it yet, you need to! ASAP! There’s only 2 seasons right now on Netflix and they are less than 10 episodes per season. So you if you just watch 1 episode a day, you can be done before the end of the month.
Anyway, I saw this tag on Kyla’s page over @seeliepages, so make sure you go and check out her wonderful blog. The original creator is pickleheartsbooks on YouTube, so head on over there to see that as well. So here we go with the Stranger Things Book Tag!
Epic Intro – The opening sequence of Stranger Things is amazing and really grabs your attention. Name a book that grabbed your attention from the first page.
The Breakdown by B.A. Paris had me hooked from the beginning until the end. It’s my favorite thriller of all time!
Dungeons and Dragons – Name a fantasy world you would like to experience yourself.
Middle Earth from The Lord of the Rings. I haven’t actually read the books yet but I am a huge fan of the movies and I’d love to go to Middle Earth.
Squad Goals – When Eleven met Mike, Dustin and Lucas it was a ‘mostly’ perfect team. Name your favorite bookish group of friends.
Definitely, the Inner Circle from A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas. No competition there!
ABC’s and Christmas Lights – When Joyce Byers goes mad with grief after Will goes missing. Name your favorite mentally unhinged character.
Count Olaf from A Series of Unfortunate Events. I know Count Olaf is horrible but by the end of the series, I feel so bad for him. It’s so crazy the extremes that he goes to, to try and get the Baudelaire fortune and how nobody can see through his disguises besides the children.
The Upside Down – Name a book that was the opposite of what you expected.
The ENTIRE Harry Potter series. I read the books for the first time this summer and I wasn’t expecting much. Obviously this series is hyped tremendously but I wasn’t allowed to watch or read Harry Potter growing up. So now I’m 25 years old and I’ve read all of the Harry Potter books and I love them so much!! I’m a huge fan and I already want to reread them!
Mad Scientists – Dr. Brenner likes to get freaky with humanity. Name the freakiest dystopian government you can think of.
This has to be The Capital from The Hunger Games. What kind of government enjoys watching children kill each other? Don’t get me wrong, the books are just amazing but they have a messed up society.
Demogorgon – Name a scary bookish character that you would not want to come through your walls.
Queen Levana from The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer is one scary Queen. I would not want to come across her. Ever! Anywhere!
Cliffhanger Ending – Name a book that left you wanting more.
Heartless by Marissa Meyer left me in tears and wanting so much more. It’s one my favorite books of all time and I know it’s only a stand alone but I want more!!
I wasn’t tagged to do this, but being a HUGE Stranger Things fan, I knew I had to do it. So if you want to do this tag too, then you’re tagged! Thanks for reading. Cya!
